We recommend 48–72 hours in advance, especially for weekends. Same-day availability is sometimes possible — call us directly to check.
How should I prepare for my treatment? +
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol beforehand. For body treatments, skip shaving 24 hours prior.
Do you treat sensitive skin? +
Absolutely. All facials are customized in the moment to your skin type and any sensitivities. Please mention allergies or conditions when booking.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We ask for 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge; no-shows are charged in full.
Are memberships worth it? +
